Dried Red Chilli – 4
Fenugreek Seeds – 1tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds – 2 tsp
Mustard – 1 tsp
Paneer – 25 cubes
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Table Spoon
Tomato – 1 & Onion 1 puree
Green Chillies - 2
Capsicum – 1 Chopped
Ghee – 4 table spoon
Water – 1 cup
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Hing – ½ tsp
Kalonji Seeds- ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Add Dried Red Chilli, Fenugreek Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Coriander Seeds and Mustard to the small jar of a mixer grinder and grind it to medium coarse powder
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add Achari Masala Powder to the pot and dry roast for 3 minutes and keep it aside. Clean the pot and add ghee, Kalonji seeds, green chilli, capsicum, hing, Salt one by one and sauté for 5 minutes.
Next add Ginger garlic paste, tomato and onion puree, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add Achari Powder, water and sauté until oil starts to separate. Now add Paneer and cook it for 2 minutes. Switch to Off mode.
Give a quick stir and revel in the appeasing Achari Paneer.
