Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes – 3 large
Pure ghee – 3 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Cashews chopped – 1 tbsp
Almonds flaked or chopped – 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tbsp
Raisins – 1/4 tbsp
Steps:
- Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
- Add ghee to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Then add chopped cashew nuts and almonds. Saute it for few secs.
- Add mashed potatoes and Keep sauting for 4-5 minutes. Next Add milk and allow it to boil. Now add sugar, raisins to the potatoes and mix them well.
- Let the halwa cook in saute mode for another 6 -8 minutes. Stir frequently. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Look for the consistency and switch to Keep warm or Off mode. Garnish with raisins.
- Serve Aloo kheer hot.
