Asian Style Paper Wrapped Chicken

Boneless chicken minced – 1/2 kg
Onion - 1
Parsley leaves – 2 tsp chopped
Dry Red Chillies – 3 chopped
Soy sauce – 1/2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
White pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Spice Powder (paprika, mix herbs, onion powder) – 2 tbsp
Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens) – 5
Ginger and garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Oil– 1 cup
In a large mixing bowl combine the chicken with soya sauce, salt, pepper, chilli sauce, spice powder, spring onion and ginger garlic paste.Mix well and keep the bowl in refrigerator for 30 mins.
Take a wax paper or baking paper/ butter paper and cut them into squares.
Spoon in the marinated chicken mixture in to the baking paper and make small parcels like candy.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the MANUAL Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit.
Once oil is hot enough, deep fry the paper chicken packets for 7-10 minutes or till the chicken within gets cooked. Then remove all paper chicken to kitchen towel. And press cancel button.
