Ingredients:
Noodles - 200 gms
Pinch of Food Color
Garlic - 5
Onion – 1 cup
Shredded Cabbage - 1 cup
Carrot - 1 no. grated
Juice of - 1 Lemon
Sesame oil - 2 Tsp
Tamarind Water - 1 Tbsp
Chili Flakes – 2 tsp
Salt Water – as required
Fried Crackers – 2 tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves - a handful
Water – As required
Oil – As required
Salt – As required
Steps:
- Connect The Power Cord To ROBOCOOK And Switch the ‘ON’ Button. Press The Sauté́ Button In Front Dashboard And Wait For 30 Secs For The Inner Cooking Pot To Get Heated Up. Move The Button To Quick.
- Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Deep fry the onions until golden brown and keep them aside. Also deep fry the garlic and keep it aside.
- Add oil and allow to heat. Add 1/2 tsp of chili powder and deep fry. Keep it aside. Clean the pot and add water to the pot. Bring water to boil and add a tsp of salt, and the noodle. Press cancel to stop saute.
- Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in the ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and the Pressure release button should be in ‘DOWN’ Position.
- Press the ‘Rice’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Quick. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
- After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 10 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
- Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both methods
- Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Off mode. Once cooked strain through a strainer and keep it aside.
- Now mix the cooked noodles, cabbage, onions, carrot, rest of the vegetables, coriander leaves, fried onions together.
- Add required salt, deep-fried oil, lime juice, and mix well. Then finally add fried Crackers.
- Enjoy yummy Atho for breakfast or Dinner.
