Ingredients
Milk (full cream) – 1 ½ litre
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Chopped cashew – 2 tbsp
Chopped almond – 2 tbsp
Chopped pistachios – 2 tbsp
Saffron – 1/4 tsp
Green cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Steps
- Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
- Add milk to the inner cooking pot and allow it to boil stirring occasionally.
- Once the milk comes to boil, add chopped cashew, almond, pistachios and saffron. Stir well making sure that the milk doesn’t stick to the bottom.
- Continue to boil for 25 min or till milk reduces to quarter. Keep stirring in between Now add sugar and mix wel.
- Boil for another 5 min. Next add cardamom powder and mix well. Press cancel to stop saute.
- Garnish with some chopped dry fruits.
- Nutty Basundi is ready serve chilled or hot.
