Ingredients:
Beans – 1 cup (chopped)
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Tomato – 1 (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 4-5
Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Steps:
- Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
- Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, kasuri methi and sauté for few secs.
- Add onion and continue to sauté for 2 min. Then add ginger garlic paste and sauté for another one minute. Add in beans and stir fry until half cook.
- Next add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder one by one along with salt and mix well until the masalas get combined.
- Now add tomato and sauté until the tomatoes turn mushy. Then add coriander leaves and mix well. Switch to ‘keep warm or off mode’.
- Beans Ki Sabzi is ready to serve with Rice/Roti
