Maida - 2 cups
Rava - 1 tbsp
sugar - 1 tsp
salt to taste
baking powder - ½ tsp
baking soda - ¼ tsp
oil - 2 tsp
curd - 1 cup
In a bowl add Maida, to that add rava, sugar and salt and also add baking powder and baking soda, oil and rub with the flour, also add curd and mix well.
knead and punch the dough well for at least 5 minutes.
Further, grease the dough with oil and cover with moist cloth and rest for atleast 2 hours.
Further, roll and get to a long shape. pinch the dough into medium sized balls,then make balls between your palms.
Finally, roll the dough evenly into circles using rolling pin. roll neither too thin nor thick.
Apply oil in the airfryer basket. Pull out the basket, drop the bhatura in the basket and air-fry. Press the handle in the lid until gets a sound and set the temperature.
Place the Fryo on top of the Robocook and set the steam rack inside the cooking pot.
Place the Fryo on top of the robocook and connect the power cord. (Do no connect the robocook).
Place the Robocook Fryo on top and move down the handle to start. Now set the temperature at 170⁰C in pizza mode with 18 min timer and press “PLAY” button.

Once the timer comes to 9 minutes press “Pause” button and remove the basket, flip the bhatura in the basket and resume frying by pressing “Play” button and wait for another 9 minutes
Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound. Pull the handle and remove the Fryo lid from the Robocook.
Serve the bhatura with Chole curry.
