Bhindi Gravy Curry

Ladies Finger/Bhindi – 8-10 medium sized; slit long in the middle
Carrot – 1/2 cup chopped into small pieces
Peas – 1//2 cup
Onion puree – 1/2 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Green chillies – 3
Curry leaves – handful
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking Oil – 4 Tbsp
Garam masala – 1 Tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Corainder leaves for garnishing
Water – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press The Saute' Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add 2 Tbsp cooking oil into the Cooking pot, then add the Ladies finger and roast well in Saute mode for about 5 minutes. We have to roast till the sticky texture evaporates. Keep aside the Ladies finger.
Add 2 Tbsp cooking oil to the pot, then add Mustard seeds and Cumin seeds. Once they splutter add Curry leaves, Green chillies and Onion puree & mix it well. Stir it well for 3 minutes.
Now add Turmeric powder, Salt,Red chilli powder, Garam masala and cook well. Add the Ladies finger set aside and saute for about 5 minutes.
Now add Carrot and Peas and stir for about 5 minutes. Add Curd and some water.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘Close’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Choose the Sambhar mode from the Menu option with taste as Medium option.
Pre-Cooking will happen for few seconds and once the cooking is completed 3 Beep sounds will be heard and it will automatically switches to keep warm mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
Open the Cooker and choose the Saute option. Stir the gravy and garnish with Coriander leaves.
