For the Crispy Tofu:
Tofu - 400 grams Extra Firm
Cornflour - 2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Pepper ground - 1/4 tsp
Vegetable Oil - 1 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Garlic - 4 Cloves finely chopped
Ginger - 1 inch peeled finely chopped
Broccoli - 1 stems removed cut into florets
Sesame Seeds - Toasted
Green Onions - chopped for topping
For the Sauce:
Soy Sauce - 1/4 cup
Hoisin Sauce - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Sesame Oil - 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Add corn flour, pepper, salt,water one by one to a bowl.
Mix all ingredients and coat it with ½ inch tofu one by one and keep aside for whisking with sauce.
Add garlic, ginger, broccoli florets, tofu and pour soy sauce, hoisin sauce, Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Chilli Flakes, Corn flour, Water in the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Place the Fryo on top of the Robocook and set the steam rack inside the cooking pot.
Place the Fryo on top of the robocook and connect the power cord. (Do no connect the robocook).
Grease the basket with oil and drop the tofu. After that remove the lid and place thebasket on the steam rack.
Place the RobocookFryo on top and move down the handle to start. Now set the temperature at 205⁰C prawn mode along with 6 min timer and press “PLAY” button.

Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound. Pull the handle and removethe Fryo lid from the Robocook.
Top it with green onions and sesame seeds to serve.
