Capsicum chopped – 1 cup
Paneer mash – 1 cup
Onion chopped – 1
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Tomato chopped – 1
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 3
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/3 tsp
Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 3 tsp
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil into inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add cumin seeds, onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, red chilli powder, coriander powder garam masala one by one and mix well until it gets combined.
Then add chopped tomatoes, capsicum, salt and cook until the vegetables turn soft.
Finally add mashed paneer and give it a mix. Open cook for 3 min and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Switch to Keep Warm or Off mode.
Serve hot Capsicum Paneer Bharta with rottis or naan.
