Carrots or Ghajar – 10 Medium sized grated (you can use a vegetable chopper)
Ghee - 4 tbsp.
Milk – 1 and ¼ cups
Condensed milk – 1 tin Milkmaid or Mithai mate (400 gms)
Cardamom powder – 2 tsp.
Cashew nuts – 10 chopped
Almonds – 10 chopped
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Pistachios (optional) – 10 chopped
