Chickpea flour -- 1 cup
Rice flour -- ¼ cup
Salt - to taste
Ajwain -- ¼ tsp
Crushed coriander seeds -- ¼ tsp
Chili powder -- ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - pinch
Oil -- 1 tsp
Onion -- ½ cup sliced
Green Chillies -- 3-4 no's , chopped
Coriander leaves -- ½ bunch , finely chopped
Curry leaves -- 2 sprigs
Cheese – slice or cube
Add Chickpea flour, Rice flour, Salt - to taste, Ajwain, Crushed coriander seeds, Chili powder, Turmeric powder, Oil, Onion, Green Chillies, Coriander leaves, Curry leaves one by one to a bowl.
Mix all ingredients together, just sprinkle it with waterand keep it aside.
Now take the onion mixture prepared in your hand as flat size, place the cheese pieces inside it and seal it one by one for all the mixture contained
Place the Fryo on top of the Robocook and set the steam rack inside the cooking pot.
Place the Fryo on top of the robocook and connect the power cord. (Do no connect the robocook). Press the ‘POWER’ button & Set the temperature to 170⁰. Press (2 to 3 minutes) timer to preheat the pot. Now press “PLAY” button & wait.
Meanwhile place the aluminium foil over the basket and all the cheese filled onion pakoda stuff in the basket. After the preheat remove the lid and place the basket on the steam rack.
Place the RobocookFryo on top and move down the handle to start. Now set the temperature at 170⁰C along with 10 min timer and press “PLAY” button.

Pause the Fryo at 5 minutes and flip the pakodas. Once done resume the timer using “PLAY” button and wait for another 5 minutes.
Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound. Pull the handle and removethe Fryo lid from the Robocook.
Serve the hot onion pakoda with Tea.
