Chicken and Mashed Root Vegetables

Potato - 2 medium uncooked , peeled and quartered
Carrot - 2 medium peeled and quartered
Sweet Pumpkin – 1 cup peeled and cut into chunks
Turnip(s) - 1 medium, peeled and cut into chunks
Garlic cloves - 5 medium peeled
Butter – 2 Tbsp
Black pepper – 1 pinch
Table salt – 1 pinch
Sour cream - 1/4 cup
Chicken broth - 1/2 cup warmed
Chicken skinless - 50gms or 1/4 cup
Mustard sauce – 1 tsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Parsley - 1 tsp
Mixed Herbs – 1-2 tsp seasoning
Flax seeds powder – 1 tsp ( optional)
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Coriander for garnishing
Water – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press The Saute' Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Pour 1 cup of water into the Cooking pot and let it warm. Add Salt, followed by Potatoes, carrots, Sweet Pumpkin, turnip and garlic.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘Close’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Choose Manual mode with Quick option and place timer for 5 minutes.
Pre-Cooking will happen for few seconds and once the cooking is completed 3 Beep sounds will be heard and it will automatically switches to keep warm mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
Open the cooker and switch to Sauté mode. Remove the cooked Vegetables and keep it aside. Drain the water and mash the vegetables using a blender.
Next clean the Cooking pot and place it inside the Robocook.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press The Saute' Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add Butter and add Mustard sauce,Chilli flakes, Parsley, Coriander powder, flax seeds powder (optional). Then add Chicken and give a good stir and continue in Saute mode for about 5 minutes.
Then add the Sour cream and chicken broth. Add salt and pepper. Stir for about 3 minutes.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘Close’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Choose Menu option of Chicken mode with Taste option as Quick.
