Chicken Francaise

Chicken breast – 2 nos.
Plain flour – ½ cup
Egg – 1
Dried Parsley – 1 tbsp
Chicken stock – 1 cup
Garlic cloves - 4 (Crushed)
Olive oil – 4 tbsp
Butter – 4 tbsp
Lemon – ½ (squeezed)
Salt – 1 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
Add eggs, salt, pepper to a bowl and whisk well. Keep aside. Add plain flour to a plate and spread it out flat by shaking the plate.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add olive oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add in butter and allow it to melt. Coat the chicken uniformly with the plain flour and beaten egg.
Add the chicken in and open cook for few mins. Once brown, flip over and cook the other side. Remove the chicken.
Now add chicken stock, garlic, lemon and open cook for 2 minutes. Next add in the remaining butter and allow it to melt.
Add the chicken to the sauce and cook it for a min. Once done switch off the robocook and garnish with dried parsley.
Yummy Chicken Francaise is ready to serve as a starter.
