Chicken Masala powder – ½ tsp
Oil – 3tbsp
Cabbage – 2 cups (chopped)
Carrot – 1 (chopped)
Onion – 1 (Medium size, chopped)
Garlic – 10 nos. (minced)
Baby Corn – 2 (chopped)
Beans – 5 (chopped)
Minced Chicken – 250gm
Maida – 150gm
Water – 3 cups
Salt - to taste
Add Maida, water to a bowl and knead to form dough. Set aside for 30 mins.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add Garlic and sauté until the raw smell goes.
Add Onion and sauté until it turns pink. Next add cabbage, carrot, baby corn, beans, salt one by one and continue to sauté for another 5-6 mins.
Now add the minced chicken, ½ cup water and sauté for about 10 minutes until the water disappears. You can add another half cup of water if required.
Then add Chicken masala powder and open cook for a min. Press cancel to stop sauté.
Once the dough has set, flatten the dough into medium sized thin disks, stuff the filing in it and give a desired shape to the momos. Once done, place them in the Idly plate. Place the idly plate inside the robocook.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Idly’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 15 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to keep warm or off mode.
