Chicken Sambal

Chicken - 1/2kg
Oil – ½ cup
Dried Red Chilli Paste – (10 Chilli’s)
Tomato – 3
Small Onions – 8
Garlic – 8 Cloves
Salt - to taste
Water – 1 cup
Preparation of Dried Red Chilli Paste - Soak Dried red chilli’s in hot water for 30 minutes and then transfer to a mixer grinder and grind it to paste or you can use the readymade paste.
Preparation of Tomato Paste - Add tomato, small onion, garlic cloves to the mixer grinder and grind it to paste. Keep aside
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add chicken andsauté for few minutes. Later, remove them from the pot and keep it aside.
Remove the excess oil from the pot and addred chilli paste. Sautéwith the same oil for about 5-6 minutes.
Add tomato paste, water, salt and sauté for another 10 minutes or until the raw smell goes.
Now add the fried chicken that is kept aside and mix well until you get a thick consistency. Once readyswitch to Keep warm or Off mode.
Serve it hot with Rice/Roti.
