Ingredients:
Chicken Strips - 10 Bone less Strips
Red Sauce made with Tabasco Pepper – 1 table spoon
Dark Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garlic – 3 Cloves chopped
Lemon – 1
Brown Sugar – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – ½ tsp
Oil - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Steps:
In a mixing bowl, Marinate the chicken strips with red sauce made with tabasco pepper, dark soya sauce, red chilli powder, minced garlic, lime juice, brown sugar, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt. Keep it aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Press the ‘Manual’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium with 10 min timer. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
Add one cup of oil to the inner pot and allow it to heat a bit. Meanwhile weave the chicken on to the skewer sticks. Add the skewer sticks and shallow fry each sides for 2 Minutes.
