Chicken thukpa soup

For Paste :
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Ginger garlic – 2 tsp
Coriander – 2 tbsp chopped
Red chillies – 2
For Thukpa:
Cabbage – 1/3 cup chopped
Carrot – 1/3 tsp
Chicken stock – 2 cup
Chicken boiled and shredded – 1 cup
Boiled noodles – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Add onion, tomato, coriander, red chilli, ginger garlic, water to a blender jar and grind it to a smooth paste. Keep aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil into inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit.Add the ground paste and sauté for 3-4 mins. Next add carrot, cabbage and saute for few mins.
Once the vegetables are partially cooked add chicken stock and salt. Mix well and let it open cook for 5 mins.
Finally add the boiled noodles and shredded chicken to the boiling soup. Let it open cook for a min. Switch to Keep Warm or off mode.
Hot Chicken Thukpa soup is ready to serve!
