Chicken Tikka Maggi

Maggi packets - 2
Carrot– 1 (diced)
Spring onions - 2 springs
Cabbage - 20 grams (diced)
Chicken stock - 400 ml
Salt - to taste
Black Pepper - to taste
Chicken cubes - 250 gms
DeghiMirch powder - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 4 tsp
Add chicken cubes,Deghimirch powder, curd, salt and black pepper to a bowl.Marinate and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the ‘Sauté' Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and allow it to heat a bit. Shallow fry the marinated chicken cubes and transfer to a bowl.Press cancel to stop saute and clean the cooking pot.
Press saute option. Add chicken stock to the pot and allow it to boil. Then add carrot, cabbage, and sauté for seven minutes.
Empty the contents of the maggi packet excluding the spice mix to the pot and let it boil for two minutes.
Now add maggi spice mix, black pepper, salt according to taste and mix well.Switch off robocook.
Transfer the maggi toa bowl and top it with chicken tikka.
Garnish it with chopped spring onions.
Yummy chicken tikka maggi is ready to serve.
