For chicken vada
Chicken – ¼ kg (boneless)
Bengal gram – 100 gm
Fennel seeds – 2 tsp
Red chilli – 5-6 nos.
Salt – as required
Cinnamon – 2 sticks
Ginger – 1 inch
Garlic – 5 pods
For curry
Oil – 50ml
Cinnamon – 2 sticks
Cardamom – 2 nos.
Cloves – 4 nos.
Fennel seeds – ½ tsp
Onion – 1 ½ cup (chopped)
Tomato – 1 cup (chopped)
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 3 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Coconut paste – 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves – ¼ cup (chopped)
Curry leaf – 2 springs
Salt – as required
