Ingredients:
Soya – 150gm
Onion - 2 Medium size (diced)
Garlic – 3 Cloves
Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ tsp
Green Chilli – 1 chopped
Carrot – 1 chopped
Corn Flour – 1tbsp
Tomato Sauce – 2tbsp
Dark Soya Sauce – 1tbsp
Black Pepper – ½ tsp
Oil – 4 tbsp
Water – 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Steps:
Add Soya Chunks to hot water and allow it to soak for 5 minutes. Strain the hot water and squeeze the extra water out of the Soya Chunks.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add onion, Garlic, Green Chili, Carrot and sauté for 2 minutes.
Now add Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté for a minute. Add soya Chunks, Salt and continue to sauté for 2 minutes.
Next add Tomato Sauce, Dark Soya Sauce and stir it for few minutes. Then add Black Pepper powder and mix well.
Mix Corn flour with water and then add it to the pot. Stir for a minute. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode.
Chilly soya is ready to serve with rice/ roti.
