Chicken minced and boiled - 200 grams
Chicken stock - 6 cups
Hot sauce - 2 tbsp
Chilli paste - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce -1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tsp crushed
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Cabbage – 1/4 cup
Carrot – 2 tbsp chopped
Eggs – 2
Vinegar- 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Chilli oil- 1 tbsp
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit.
Add beaten egg to the inner cooking pot and cook on both sides. Transfer the egg to a plate and roll it. Cut them and keep aside.
Add some more oil, crushed ginger and sauté for few secs. Next add minced chicken, tomato sauce, hot sauce, chilli paste and sauté for few min.
Now add chicken stock and stir cook for 3 min. Further add in cabbage, carrot, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, black pepper and continue to stir cook for 10 minutes.
Now add the rolled and cut egg slowly to the boiling mixture and stir wellfor 3 min.
Finally add cornstarch mixture to the boiling soup and stir continuously until the soup thickens. Once done Switch to Keep Warm or Off mode.
Serve hot Chinese dragon soup with omelette and chilli oil.
