Ingredients:
Maida - 1¼ cup
Egg - 1
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Choc chips - 1 cup
Butter - ½ cup
Sugar - ¾ cup
Salt – to taste
Baking soda - ½tsp
Steps:
Add the Butter and Sugar into a bowl.
Beat the Butter and Sugar and keep aside.
Add Maida, Egg, Vanilla essence, Salt, Baking Soda one by one to a bowl.
Mix all ingredients together and add Choco chips finally.
Mix the ingredients well and keep aside.
Make the ingredients mixture in round cookie shape and keep aside.
Place the Fryo on top of the Robocook and set the steam rack inside the cooking pot.
Place the Fryo on top of the robocook and connect the power cord. (Do no connect the robocook). Press the ‘POWER’ button & Set the temperature to 155⁰. Press 7 minutes timer to preheat the pot. Now press “PLAY” button & wait for 4mins.
Meanwhile grease the mesh basket with oil and add the ingredients mixture. After the preheat remove the lid and place the mesh basket on the steam rack.
Place the Robocook Fryo on top and move down the handle to start. Now set the temperature at 155⁰C along with 11 min timer and press “PLAY” button.

Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound. Pull the handle and removethe Fryo lid from the Robocook.
Serve the crispy choco chip cookies as a snack with Tea.
