Chocolate Truffles

Steps

1. Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.

2. Add water say about 3 cups inside the cooker. This helps in the non-burning of the chocolate mixture. 
3. Break dark chocolate into pieces and add it to a bowl. Further add condensed milk, whipped cream, vanilla essence, salt, chopped nuts, and mix well
4. Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘Close’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
5. Press the ‘Saute ’pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking 8 mins.
6. After pre-cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 30 minutes. Once the countdown comes down and the cooking is completed it stops with 3 beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM Mode, Press cancel, if not required.
7. Once the mixture is amalgamated well, put it in the fridge for 2 hours. Make small balls and roll it in cocoa powder.
8. Revel in the appeasing Chocolate Truffles.
