Chow Chow – Half kg
Moong Dal – 100 grams
Turmeric powder – ¼ Tsp
Coconut – Half shell
Asafoetida – ½ Tsp
Urad Dal – 2 Tbsp
Pepper – 1 Tbsp
Red Chillies – 4 Nos
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button.
Select “Saute” Option. Select Medium as Taste.
Roast the above ingredients in one tbsp Cooking Oil till golden brown and let it cool down completely.
Blend the above ingredients coarsely along with coconut and keep aside.
Dice the Chow Chow into 2 cm cubes. .
Wash Moong dal & add with chopped Chow Chow in ROBOCOOK
Add turmeric & 200 ml water and select Sambar/ Gravy option.
It will be ready in 08 minutes. Wait for 10 mins to ensure the pressure is released completely. .
Open the cooker and add the blended paste. Select Saute option.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Temper with Mustard seeds, Asafoetida & Curry leaves.
