Capsicum, Cubed ( Yellow Red Green) – 1 cup

Ginger Garlic Paste-1 Tsp
Turmeric- ¼ Tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder-1 Tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder -¼ Tsp
Salt-1 Tsp
Tomato Paste-1 Cup
Cashew Paste- ¼ Tsp
Water- 1 Cup
Paneer / Cottage Cheese, Grated-2 Tbsp
Garam Masala-¼ Tsp
Kasuri Methi- 1 Tsp Crushed
Connect The Power Cord To ROBOCOOK And Switch the ‘ON’ Button. Press The Sauté́ Button In Front Dashboard And Wait For 30 Secs For The Inner Cooking Pot To Get Heated Up. Move The Button To Quick.
Add 3 Tsp Of Ghee to the inner cooking pot. Add Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cumin until it turns aromatic. Add onion, ginger-garlic paste, and saute until onions turn golden brown.
Further add Tsp Turmeric, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt and Saute well.
Next, add 1 cup tomato Paste And Saute For 3-4 Minutes. To Prepare Tomato Paste Blend 2 Ripened Tomatoes.
Additionally, Add ¼ Cup Cashew Paste And Saute Until Oil Separates. To Prepare Cashew Paste, Blend 5 Cashews In ¼ Cup Water.
Add Little Water And Mix Adjusting Consistency As Required. Now Add In Corn And Capsicum. Saute well.
Add Paneer, Garam Masala, And Kasuri Methi. Mix Well. Cook For Another 5 mins. Keep Stirring. Switch Off The Robocook,
