Pasta – 100gm
Butter – 2tbsp
Pepper – 1tsp
Garlic – 1tsp (chopped)
Onion – 1no ( chopped)
Parsley – 1spring (chopped)
Maida – 1tbsp
Milk – 2cup
Salt – to taste
Corn – 1/2cup(boiled)
Chilli flakes – 1tsp
Cheese – 1/4cup
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Add water to the inner cooking pot and add pasta.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Manual’pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 8 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARMmode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode. Strain the water and keep aside.
Clean the pot and add butter. Once it melts add pepper, garlic and sauté for a minute. Then add onion and sauté till it turns pink . Add maida and continue to saute for few seconds.
Now add milk and stir well. Add in corn, salt, chilli flakes, cheese and mix well. Once it boils add boiled pasta and allow to cook for a minute. Then add chopped parsley. Let it simmer for 1 min.
Serve hot with garlic bread.
