Butter - 2 tbsp
Chickpea flour - 1 Cup
Rice flour - 2 Tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Ajwain seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Salt – to taste
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Water - 1/2 Cup
Add butter, chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, ajwain seeds, salt, cooking soda one by one to a mixing bowl.
Mix well (short crust pastry method).
Add little by little water and mix to make stiff dough and divide the dough into two portions and drop one portion of the dough in the press mould.
Press the mould and cut the strings to required size inside the basket. Repeat the same with the other portion of the dough.
Place the Fryo on top of the Robocook and set the steam rack inside the cooking pot.
Place the Fryo on top of the robocook and connect the power cord. (Do no connect the robocook). Press the ‘POWER’ button & Set the temperature to 170⁰. Press 3-4 minutes timer to preheat the pot. Now press “PLAY” button & wait for 3-4 mins.
Meanwhile place the aluminium foil paper in the basket, drop the kara sev strings and after the preheat remove the lid, place the bask in steam rack.
Place the Robocook Fryo on top and move down the handle to start. Now set the temperature at 170⁰C along with 7 min timer and press “PLAY” button.

Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound. Pull the handle and remove the Fryo lid from the Robocook.
Serve the crispy Kara sev as a snack with Tea.
