Dahi Aloo Curry

Chopped cauliflower florets – 1 cup
4 Boiled potato – Cut in cube size
Ginger - Grated 2 tsp
2 Large tomato – Grated or pureed
Jeera - 1 tsp
Hing – a pinch
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp.
Red Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Dhania powder – 1tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Dahi- 3 tsp
Kasturi Methi – 2 tsp
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté quick Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it warm a bit. Then add Jeera, and a pinch of hing. Sauté for few seconds and add ginger to it.
Now add turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, tomatoes and sauté till oil separates. Later add potatoes, cauliflower florets, garam masala, dhania powder and sauté for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups of water and press cancel button to stop saute.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘Close’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Gravy’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 8 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch on the Sauté Medium Mode, add dahi and stir continuously for 2 minutes. Thicken the gravy as desired.
Finally add jeera powder and Kasturi methi, Switch to Keep warm or Off mode.
Delicious Dahi aloo curry is ready.
