Basmati Rice – 3 cup Coriander leaves + Mint leaves paste – 1 cup Garlic + Ginger paste – 2 tsp Onion – 1 big chopped Garam masala – ½ tsp Pav bhaji masala - 2 tsp Cumin powder – ½ tsp Coriander powder – ½ tsp Chili powder – ½ tsp Green Peas – 1 cup Curd – 1 cup Capsicum – 1 big chopped Carrot – 1 big chopped Green Chili – 1 big slit Tomato – 2 big chopped Paneer cubes – 2 cup Bay leaves – 1 pc Cinnamon – ½ pc Cardamom – 3 pc Black Pepper - 4 pc Clove – 5 pc Cooking Oil – 3 tsp Salt to taste
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it warm a bit. Add Bay leaves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Clove and saute for 2-3 seconds.
Then add chopped onions and saute till the onions start to turn golden brown. Add Garlic Ginger paste, Capsicum, carrot, tomato, peas, and continue sauting.
Next add Curd, Coriander & Mint leaves paste and stir well. Add Paneer cubes, Green chilli, Garam masala, Pav bhaji masala, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Chili powder, Salt and saute well.
Now add the washed Rice and give it a good stir. Add water such that it is just double of rice quantity. Too much water will change the Rice consistency.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Biryani’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 15 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode. give a quick stir
