Ingredients
marination:
Mushroom -1 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Egg white - 1
Kashmiri Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
All purpose flour (maida) - 2 tbsp
OTHER INGREDIENTS – FOR SAUCE
Onion – 1 cup
Capsicum – 1 cup
Green chili – 4
Ginger chopped - 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped - 1 tbsp
Cashew nut chopped – 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Chili powder - 1 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1/4 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Steps
Add mushroom, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, egg white, Kashmiri chili powder, corn flour, maida, salt to a bowl and marinate well. Keep aside for 30 mins.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add mushrooms and fry until it becomes gold in colour. Transfer the mushrooms to a bowl.
Remove the excess oil. Add ginger, garlic, green chilli and sauté for 1 min. Then add onions, capsicum and continue to sauté for 2 more mins.
Next add chilli powder, salt and stir for a minute. Add soya sauce, tomato ketchup and continue to stir.
Now add the fried Mushrooms and mix well. Allow it to open cook for 5 mins. Switch to ‘keep warm or off’ mode. Garnish with chopped coriander or spring onion.
Spicy Dragon mushroom is ready to serve as a starter.
