Dry Fish Thokku

Dry Fish – 250gm (Wash and Soak for 5 minutes)
Tomato – 2 finely chopped
Onion – 2 finely chopped
Red Chilli Powder – 2tbsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tbsp.
Curry Leaf – 2 strands
Green Chilli – 1 finely chopped
Salt – to taste
Water – ½ cup
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add onion, curry leaves, tomato, green chilli and saute for 5 minutes.
Next add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, water and mix well until the raw smell goes.
Finally add the Dry Fish and allow it cook for 5 minutes. Stir in between. Once done, switch to keep warm or off mode.
Serve the Dry Fish Thokkuwith steamed rice.
