Fish Bee Hoon Soup

Fish – 1 cup chopped
Fish stock – 2 cup
Rice noodles/ vermicelli – 1 cup
Tomato – 2
Stalks Choy sum/ spinach – 6-7
Ginger slice – 3-4
Lemongrass – 2
White paper powder – 1 tsp
Fish sauce – 1 tsp
Spring onion – 2 tbsp chopped
Salt – 1 tsp
Milk – 1 cup
Oil – 2 tsp
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add the ginger, lemongrass and saute for few sec.
Add chopped fish and continue to sauté for few mins. Now pour fish stock , fish sauce and stir cook for 5 mins.
Next add milk, tomato, spinach, soy sauce, pepper powder, salt one by one. Mix everything together and open cook for another 5 mins. Switch to Keep Warm or Off mode.
In a serving bowl add boiled noodles and pour the soup on it. Finally garnish with some freshly chopped spring onions.
Tasty Fish Bee Hoon soup is ready to serve!
