Fish podimas

Fish – 1/2kg (boneless)
Onion – 200gm (chopped)
Green chilli – 3no (chopped)
Jeera – 1/2tsp
Mustard – 1/2tsp
Curry leaf – 1 spring
Chilli powder – 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder – 1tsp
Garlic – 2tbsp (chopped)
Jeera powder – 1/4tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2tsp
Lemon juice – 2tsp
Salt – as required
Coriander leaves – 1spring (chopped)
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the sauté́ button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Clean and cut the fish into small cubes. Add the fish pieces into the cooking pot with salt, turmeric and allow it to cook for 3 minutes. Once cooked press cancel and strain out the water. Keep it aside.
Clean the pot and press saute. Add oil, mustard, jeera and allow it to splutter. Then add garlic, green chilli, onion, curry leaf and sauté for a minute.
Add in the chili powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder and mix until the masalas get combined. Now add the boiled fish and mix.
Finally add pepper powder, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Give a quick stir. Switch to keep warm or off mode.
Serve the fish podimas with rice.
