refined flour/maida - 1½ cups (195 g)
powdered sugar - ½ cup (100 grams)
butter at room temperature - ½ cup (113 grams)
thick curd - ¾ cup (180g)
tutti frutti - ½ cup (120g)
boiled milk at room temperature (full fat or toned) - ¼ cup (60 ml)
baking soda - ½ teaspoon
pure vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Add butter, refined flour, powdered sugar, thick curd, baking soda, baking powder,tutti frutti,milk, vanilla extract one by one to a bowl.
Mix all ingredients togetherand keep it aside for 5 mins.
Place the Fryo on top of the Robocook and set the steam rack inside the cooking pot.
Place the Fryo on top of the robocook and connect the power cord. (Do no connect the robocook). Press the ‘POWER’ button & Set the temperature to 170⁰. Press 5 minutes timer to preheat the pot. Now press “PLAY” button & wait for 5 mins.
Meanwhile grease a round pan with butter and line it with parchment paper.Now pour the cake batter in the prepared loaf pan.After the preheat remove the lid and place the pan on the steam rack.
Place the RobocookFryo on top and move down the handle to start. Now set the temperature at 170⁰C along with 50 min timer and press “PLAY” button.

Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound. Once the cake has baked let it cool down for around 10-15 minutes before removing it from the loaf pan.Pull the handle and removethe Fryo lid from the Robocook.
Serve the Fruit Sponge cake by warm or store it in a refrigerator for cold.
