Garlic Paneer

Paneer- 400 Gms
Cashew nut – 10 Nos
Onion – 3 Nos
Garlic – 20 cloves
Ginger – 1 Inch
Tomato – 4 Nos
Cooking Oil – 4 Tbsp
Cloves -4 Nos
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Cardamon – 2 Nos
Kashmiri chilli – 6 Nos
Chilli powder – 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 Tsp
Dhaniya powder – 1 Tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 Tsp
Kasuri methi (Dry Methi leaves)- 1 Tbsp
Coriander leaves -Few
Salt - to taste
Cut Paneer into medium sized cubes. Half of the garlic has to be finely chopped remaining can be kept as whole. Roughly chop onions and tomatoes.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add 2 Tbsp of cooking oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Shallow fry the paneer cubes carefully and keep aside.
Add one Tsp of oil again and temper with Cardamom, cinnamon, cloves & Kashmiri chillies. Saute for few secs.
Add Onions, ginger (roughly chopped) & garlic (whole), tomatoes, cashewnuts one by one and saute until onions turn pink.
Then add turmeric, Chilli powder, Coriander powders one by one and cook till the oil separates. Add 100 ml of water and stir well. Let it simmer for 5 mins. Switch off the unit.
Let the mixture cool down completely. Grind the mixture to a fine paste.
Clean the pot and press saute. Add one tsp of cooking oil andlet it warm a bit. Now add Cumin seeds, chopped garlic and saute for few secs.
Next add ground mixture & salt to taste. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Add fried Paneer and mix gently. Crush and add Kasuri Methi & finely chopped coriander leaves.
Tasty Garlic paneer is ready to serve with Phulkas or Naan.
