Ingredients
Grated garlic – 2 tbsp
Grated ginger – 2 tbsp
Veg stock – 2 ½ cup
Coriander leaves – 2 tsp
Chopped carrot – 2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped – 1 tsp
Cornstarch – 2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Steps
Mix corn flour and 1/2 cup of water in a bowl and keep aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and saute for a minute.
Next add the chopped carrot and continue to saute for few more mins. Add veg stock, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well and allow it to boil for 5 mins.
Finally add cornstarch mixture to the soup. Stir continuously and open cook until it attains desired consistency. Switch to Keep Warm or Off Mode.
Serve hot ginger and garlic soup with bread sticks!
