Chicken breasts – 4 boneless, skinless
Egg whites - 4
Cheddar cheese - 2 cups (shredded)
Progresso panko Italian panko breadcrumbs – 2 cups
Butter – 2tbsp (melted)
Fresh parsley – 1tbsp (chopped)
Flour – 2 tbsp
Progresso chicken broth – 1 cup
Cheddar cheese – ¾ cup
Pepper – 2 tbsp (shredded)
Take a bowl and whisk egg whites with salt until bubbly. Keep aside. In another bowl mix bread crumbs and cheese. Keep aside.
Make a thick batter using flour, parsley, Progresso chicken broth.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add butter to the inner cooking pot and allow it to melt.
Cut each breast of chicken into 3 pieces. Dip each piece into flour batter and then the egg whites. Now roll them in the cheese-bread crumb mixture.
Place 2 pieces at a time to the cooking pot and roast well until golden brown on all sides. Add pepper to taste. Once done remove from the pot. Switch to ‘off’ mode.
Golden Cheese Chicken is ready to serve with Noodles.
