For cooking:
Thick poha - 2 cups beaten rice
Water - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 medium (big finely chopped)
Cashew nuts - 2 tsp halved
Peanuts with skin - 1 tsp optional
Ghee or oil - 1 tsp
For the green masala:
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Mint leaves - 2 tsp (chopped)
Curry leaves - 7-8
Ginger - 1 " (chopped)
Green chillies - 1-2 small (chopped)
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Juice of lime - 1/2 adjust to taste
