Green Masala Steamed Fish

Pompfet Fish - 4
Fresh coriander leaves chopped - 2 tablespoons
Fresh mint leaves chopped - 10 to 12
Juice of- 2 lemons
Fresh coconut scraped -1 cup
Salt - to taste
Crushed black peppercorns - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 3 teaspoons
Mustard seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves- 5-6
Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Banana leaves -5-6
Combine coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice, coconut, salt, crushed peppercorns and 1 teaspoon oil in a grinder jar and grind into a smooth paste.
Transfer the ground paste to a bowl. Add fish turmeric powder and marinate well. Set aside for a 20 mins minutes.
Place each marinated fish piece on a banana leaf and pour the flavoured oil on top of them. Fold from all sides and secure with toothpicks.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add sufficient water to the inner cooking pot and allow it to heat. Place the steamer stand and Place the fish packets in it. Also cover with aluminum foil.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Non Veg – Fish’pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 10 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARMmode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode. Transfer it to a plate.
Green Masala Steamed Fish is Ready to serve with rice.
