Honey roasted chilli fish

Fish Fillets - 2 cut into small pieces
Kashmiri red chili powder- 1 tsp
Red chili paste- 1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice- 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Refined flour- 2 tbsp
Corn flour- 2 tbsp
Baking soda – 1 pinch
Ginger garlic – 1 tsp crushed
White sesame seeds -1/2 tsp
Soy sauce-1/2 tsp
Red chili sauce- 1/2 tbsp
Vinegar-1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce-1 tbsp
Oil - as required
Coriander leaves/ spring onion – for garnishing
Honey – 3 tsp
Wash and clean fish fillet cubes & remove all water.
Take a bowl and add red chili powder, salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice. Mix well. Keep it for 15 min.
After 15 min add refined flour, corn flour, baking soda, white sesame seed and mix well without adding water.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Fry the fish till it turns golden brown in color. Remove the fried fish.
Remove all excess oil and keep only 1 tbsp oil. Add crushed ginger garlic and saute for a few seconds.
Add red chilli paste, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and honey. Mix well until they get combined.
Now add the fried fish and saute well. Add little more black pepper powder and mix until they combine with the sauce.
Once done, switch to off mode. Garnish with sesame seed and coriander leaves.
Serve the honey roasted chilli fish with fried rice.
