Hot and sour noodles soup

Oil – as required
Ginger – 1 tsp (chopped)
Garlic – 1 tsp (chopped)
Dry red chilli paste – 1 tsp
Spring onion – 2 tsp
Onion – 2 tsp (chopped)
Carrot –2 tsp (chopped)
Mushroom – 1 tsp (chopped)
Egg – 1 (beaten)
Corn starch – 3 tsp
Noodles – 60 gm
Vinegar (or) lemon juice – 1 tsp
Soya sauce (light) – 1 tsp
Soya sauce (dark) – 1 tsp
Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Water – 3 cups
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add red chilli paste, onion and sauté until the onion turns golden brown in colour.
Add garlic, ginger and sauté until the raw smell goes. Next add carrot, mushroom and sauté till they turn soft.
Now add corn starch, lemon juice and mix well. Further add water, light soya sauce, dark soya sauce and give a good mix. Let it cook for few mins.
Slowly add in the egg and gently stir. Add instant noodles and allow it to cook for 2 mins. Once done, switch to keep warm or off mode. Finally garnish with spring onions.
Serve Hot & Sour noodle soup with bread sticks.
