Steps

1. Extract lemon juice and keep aside. Slice Onions and tomatoes & Cut ladies finger into 2 cm size and slit green chillies in the middle. 
2. Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
3. Add Groundnut, Sesame seeds, Coriander seeds to the inner cooking pot and dry roast well. Transfer and let it cool down completely. Grind it to a smooth paste.
4. Clean the pot and select Saute option. Add half of the oil, ladies finger and saute for 5 minutes and keep aside. 
5. Add remaining oil, cumin seeds, sliced onions and saute till it becomes translucent. Then add green chillies, tomatoes and saute for 3 min.
6.  Next add the ground paste, Red chilli powder, coriander powder & saute for 2 more minutes. Finally add fried ladies finger, salt, 150 ml water to it. Press cancel to stop Saute .
7. Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
8. Press the ‘Manual’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and set 4 min timer. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
9. After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 4 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
10. Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
11. Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode. Add the lemon juice & garnish with Coriander leaves. Mix well before serving.
12. Serve Bindi ka salan with steamed rice  .
