White pumpkin – 200 gms
Carrot – 100 gms
Beans – 100 gms
Broad beans – 100 gms
Raw banana – 1 No
Potato – 100 gms
Cluster beans – 50 gms
Brinjal – 150 gms
Cabbage – 200 gms
Tomato 1 No
Groundnut oil – 2 tsp
Curry Leaves – few
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 Tsp
Urad dal – 1 Tbsp
Salt – To taste
To grind
Coconut – ½ Shell
Green chilli- 4 Nos
Pepper – 1 Tbsp
Raw rice – 1 Tbsp
Wash & chop all veggies in big cubical shape . Soak 1 Tbsp raw rice for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes grind Coconut, green chilli, pepper & Raw rice into a fine paste. .
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add 2 tsp groundnut oil to the inner cooking pot and let it warm a bit. Add mustard seeds, urad dal and let it splutter. Then add chopped veggies & turmeric powder and saute for 2 minutes.
Next add 200 ml of water and salt to taste. Stir well and press cancel to stop saute.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Sambhar’pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 8 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARMmode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to saute mode. Add ground coconut pepper paste and let it boil for 5 minutes. Garnish with curry leaves and off the unit.
Mix well and serve with hot rice.
