Gulab jamun powder - 1 Cup
Powder sugar - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Sooji - 1 tsp (soaked)
Milk - 1/8 Cup
Oil - 2 tsp
Sugar syrup - 1 Cup
Almonds (flakes) - 1 tsp
Add gulab jamun powder, powder sugar, cardamom powder, soaked sooji and add required milk into the bowl one by one, make it into a dough and rest it for few minutes.
Divide the dough into equal portions and make it into a bullet shape.
Place the Fryo on top of the Robocook and set the steam rack inside the cooking pot.
Place the Fryo on top of the robocook and connect the power cord. (Do no connect the robocook). Press the ‘POWER’ button & Set the temperature to 185⁰. Press 3 minutes timer to preheat the pot. Now press “PLAY” button & wait for 3 mins.
Meanwhile place the aluminium foil paper in the basket and above that place the kala jamun in the basket. After preheating remove the lid and place the basket on steam rack.
Place the Robocook Fryo on top,Now set the temperature at 185⁰C along with 5 min timer in BBQ mode and press “PLAY” button.

Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound. Pull the handle and removethe Fryo lid from the Robocook.
Drop the jamoons in the sugar syrup and soak it for 1 hr.
Garnish with almond flakes and serve it.
