Ingredients:
Milk Powder – 2 Cups
Sugar – 1 cup
Lemon – 1 (Lemon Juice)
Cardamom – 6
Butter – 3 Table Spoon
Water – 1 cup
Steps:
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add Milk Powder and 1 cup water to the pot. Stir it until the Milk powder is dissolved. Squeeze 1 lemon and stir well for until it begins to curdle
Continue stirring for 15 mins until the recipe gives a moist and granular texture kalakand. Add ½ cup of Sugar and keep stirring it for 2 minutes.
Add remaining Sugar, Cardamom and 3 tbsp butter. Stir the mixture often so that it does not stick to the bottom of the Cooker.
When the mixture get thicken well switch off the cooker. Now Pour the Kalakand mixture in the prepared plate. Allow it to cool for 20 minutes and slice the Kalakand with a knife
