Mustard seeds - few
Onion - 5 nos medium
Curry leaves – a handful
Chicken - ½ kg
Ginger - 2 tsp chopped
Garlic - 2 tsp chopped
Tomato - 3 nos
Salt - as required
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Water or coconut milk - as needed (1 to 2 cups)
