Ingredients:
Paneer cubes – 1 cup
Papad – 6
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/ 2 tsp
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Corn flour – 1 tsp
Onion powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 cup
Water – 2 tbsp
Steps:
Break papads into small pieces. Add water, corn flour to a bowl and make a mixture.
Add paneer cubes, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, chat masala, onion powder, cumin powder one by one to a bowl and mix well until everything is combined. Marinate paneer for 15 mins.
Dip paneer cubes in corn flour mixture and coat with papad crumbs. Keep aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Manual Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit.
Then add paneer and deep fry until it turns golden brown in colour. Fry on all sides. Once done, switch off the Robocook.
Enjoy crispy khasta paneer with green chutney.
