Kheema Muttar Masala

Chicken kheema – 1/4kg
Green peas – ½ cup
Oil – 4tbsp
Fennel seeds – 1tsp
Onion – 3 (chopped)
Tomato – 3 (puree)
Green chili – 2
Curry leaf – 1 spring
Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2tsp
Chili powder – 1tsp
Coriander powder – 2tsp
Chicken masala – 1tbsp
Coriander leaves – 2 spring (chopped)
Coconut milk – ½ cup
Salt – as required
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add onion, green chili and sauté until onion turns light golden brown.
Then add ginger-garlic paste, chicken masala, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder one by one and sauté for few mins.
Add tomato puree and continue to sauté for few more mins. Now add in the chicken keema, green peas, fennel seeds, salt and sauté well. Add water and mix well. Press cancel.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Chicken’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select ‘Strong’. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 30 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Press sauté mode. Finally add coconut milk, curry leaf and stir well until all the ingredients combine. Once done switch to ‘keep warm or off’ mode. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Kheema Muttar Masala is ready to serve with Roti/Rice.
