Oil – 2tbsp
Mustard -1tsp
Red chilli – 2no
Curry leaf – 1spring
Small onion – 10no
Mutton – 1/2kg
Turmeric powder -1tsp
Salt – to taste
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 SPRING
For masala:
Cooking oil – 1tbsp
Small onion – 150gm
Curry leaf – 1spring
Kari masala – 3tbsp
Coconut -11/2 tbsp
Sombu – 1tsp
Garlic – 5clove
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Marinate the mutton with turmeric powder, salt and ginger garlic paste. keep aside for ½ an hour.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
First make masala for kolambu. Add small onion, curry leaf, and sauté till the colour change. Add Kari masala, coconut, sombu, garlic, turmeric powder sauté for a minute . Press cancel, allow to cool and make a paste.
Again select the sauté mode , now add oil , mustard , red chilli ,onion , curry leaf and sauté for a minute . Add marinated mutton and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes
Next add ground masala and enough water. Mix well. Press cancel to stop saute.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Non Veg – Fish’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Quick. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 8 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode. Check the seasoning.
Serve along with hot steamed rice or idly .
